2010 Catalog: All Courses

The participant will learn about the unique features and functionalities of iCare and its practical uses in the clinical setting. The mechanics of iCare will be demonstrated and population search options will be utilized to create panels of patients that share similar characteristics.

Upon completion of this meeting, the participant will be able to:

1. Describe some of the practical uses of iCare in the dental setting.
2. Apply population management concepts to identify groups of patients [populations] who share user-defined characteristics.
3. Utilize iCare to create user-defined patient lists [panels] that display diverse patient data of the RPMS database in a variety of user-defined views.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
