HealthierUS.gov will be that source of credible, accurate information to help Americans choose to live healthier lives. Great link to other resources and information.
Partnership for Prevention Website
The new Partnership for Prevention website is updated, easier to navigate, and includes more useful disease prevention and health promotion information and tools for policymakers, employers, researchers, and members of the media. All the information and documents previously included on www.prevent.org are still available and new resources and publications have been added as well, as follows: (a) web-based reports for 23 preventive services and 19 states are available. These highlight the key elements from state requirements on clinical preventive services; and, (b) two new active aging publications, "From the Field: Four Communities Implement Active Aging Programs" and "Program Evaluation: Measuring the Impact of Active Aging Programs," are available.

University of Oklahoma Health Promotion Programs
Health Promotion Programs (HPP) was established to meet the growing needs in health promotion and wellness for Native American and First Nations people. Annually, HPP conducts the largest native wellness conferences in North America, including the Wellness & Native Men, Wellness & Women, and Wellness & Spirituality Conferences.
