Pursuant to the authority vested in the Director, Indian Health Service by the Reorganization Order of January 4, 1988 (52 FR 47053), I hereby delegate to the Director of Headquarters Operations all of the administrative, financial, and personnel management authorities delegated to the Director, Indian Health Service.

Redelegation

These authorities may be redelegated.

Restrictions

These authorities shall be exercised in accordance with applicable statutory, regulatory, policy, program, and procedural requirements.

Supersession

None.

Effective Date

This delegation is effective upon the date of signature.
