BACKGROUND:

This transmittal forwards a revision to the Commissioned Corps Personnel delegation on Travel, Indian Health Manual Part 1 Chapter 5, Exhibit 1-5.2A-8 Delegations of Authorities.  This delegation is being revised to allow for uniformity and consistency with the delegation on travel for civilian employees.
