BACKGROUND:

This transmittal forwards a change to the Indian Health Manual, Part 1, Chapter 5 - Delegations of Authority.  Attached are five memorandums on the Delegation of Authority to Approve Overtime.

MATERIAL TRANSMITTED:

Indian Health Manual, Part 1, Chapter 5 - Delegations of Authority:  Personnel Delegation #21, Delegation of Authority to Approve Overtime (5 memorandums).

MATERIAL SUPERSEDED:

This delegation supersedes the Overtime portion of the delegation contained in the Indian Health Manual, Part 1, Chapter 5, Delegations of Authority, Exhibit 1-5.2F-1, "Grant Leave, Excuse Absence, Approve Overtime and Approve Restoration of Annual Leave," TN 87.11, dated November 2, 1987.

MANUAL MAINTENANCE:

Remove the "Overtime" portion from Exhibit 1-5.2F-1 and file the attached memorandums in from of this Exhibit, and in the Master Copy Delegations of Authority.

Log and file Transmittal Notice in sequence.
