Physical Activity Guidelines for Diabetes and Prediabetes

This training on physical activity and exercise for all ages provides an overview and key concepts, discusses recent important clinical exercise trials and reviews ACSM and ADA physical activity guidelines. The training concludes with practical physical activity strategies that you can use in your practice.
