The newly renovated Federal Service Desk (FSD.gov) website was launched on Monday, July 15, 2013.
Over the past several months the IAE Outreach and Stakeholder Management team has been working to completely redesign the Federal Service Desk website. Some key enhancements include:
The Learning and Help Center:
Provides tools tailored by System and user activity
Easy access to a variety of learning mechanisms such as videos, quick start guides, F.A.Q.s
Users with FSD Accounts may:
Set automatic notifications for updates on content
Track tickets submitted via the web
The Search function is now both system-wide and "smart" to each supported System.
