Original news item
The Bureau of Indian Affairs is shutting down its data center in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for 36 hours starting at 5:00 PM, Friday, January 4th, 2013. This action is required in order to make modifications to the power infrastructure. All web traffic to the IHS Web site will be redirected to a page stating "the site is offline." This will also affect your ability to access the Division of Grants Management Grants Policy Web Site as well. The IHS Web page will be available again on Sunday morning, January 6th, 2013.
The GrantSolutions System will not be impacted by this modification, as it is located on a separate website at GrantSolutions.gov. Please feel free to contact Mr. Paul Gettys or Mr. Pallop Chareonvootitam during regular business days if assistance is needed.
Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but this modification is necessary for the Albuquerque office. DGM thanks you for your understanding during this time. As always, please feel free to contact your assigned Grants Management Specialist or our main DGM line at (301) 443-5204.
