EXERCISE BREAKS - BOOK #4  Book #4, or the Exercise Breaks Book, contains simple and short duration (2-10 minutes) activity breaks that can be done in a small space with no equipment and set-up. |

THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY KIT WORKSTATION  The Physical Activity Kit workstation is hosted by the Healthy Natives Community Fellowship, a partner of the IHS Health Promotion Disease Prevention program, and was developed to support the PAK creation and pilot testing in communities. Additional PAK resources are still located at this site; however, this workstation might not be available on Mac OS X platforms. |

We fulfill this mission through collaboration, training, dissemination and evaluation activities. |
