BACKGROUND:

This transmittal forwards a revised page 5 to Part 2, specifically on Terminated Tribes.  P.L. 93-197 dated December 22, 1973, Menominee Restoration Act repealed the Act of June 17, 1954 (68 Stat. 250; 25 U.S.C. 891-902 as amended and hereby reinstated all rights and privileges of the Menominee Tribe.  Therefore, reference to the Menominee Tribe of Wisconsin as terminated, is deleted.
