This transmittal forwards an amendment to the chapter on Authorized Dollar Thresholds - P.L. 93-638 Contracts and Grants by Area, Part 1, Chapter 11. This amendment raises the dollar thresholds for P.L. 93-638 contract review in IHS area/Program Offices from $200,000 to $300,000 and below.
