The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Program #10 “Program Delegation of Authority.”

MATERIAL TRANSMITTED:

Indian Health Service (IHS) DOA, Program #10, “Program Delegation of Authority.”

MATERIAL SUPERSEDED:

The IHS DOA, Program #10 “Program Delegation of Authority,” dated June 26, 1989.

MANUAL MAINTENANCE:

Remove and discard the current copies of DOA, Program #10 dated June 26,1989 from your manual system binders.  Insert the attached copy of the revised DOA, Program #10, TN 2006-12, in its place.

Log and file this Transmittal Notice in sequential order.
