Transmittal Notice 06-27

BACKGROUND:

The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Commissioned Corps #6, “Outside the Service Short-term Training.”  This DOA is being reissued to reflect the changes resulting from the 2004 Indian Health Service (IHS) Headquarters reorganization.

DOA Commissioned Corps #6, “Outside the Service Short-term Training,” dated November 23, 1988.

Remove and discard the current copies of DOA, Commissioned Corps #6, “Outside the Service Short-term Training,” dated November 23, 1988, from your manual system binders.  Insert the attached copy of the revised DOA, Commissioned Corps #6, “Outside the Service Short-term Training TN 2006-27, in its place.

Log and file this TN in sequential order.
