The Chronic Care Initiative has a listserv, or email list, that facilitates communication between the teams involved in the Innovations in Planned Care for the Indian Health System Collaborative. This listserv allows users to send information via email to all other members of the Collaborative subscribed to the group listserv at once, and to receive information from other group members in their email.
