Claremore Comprehensive Indian Health Care Facility provides health services
to 90,000 Native Americans in northeast Oklahoma. In Fiscal Year 2009, there
were 219,217 outpatient visits, 281,939 outpatient prescriptions dispensed,
and 4198 pharmacy-managed clinic visits.
Rotational Experience opportunities:
Pharmacy-based anticoagulation clinic, cardiovascular risk reduction clinic,
Congestive Heart Failure Clinic, Smoking Cessation Clinic, Pharmacokinetic service,
Nutrition service, Diabetes clinic, pharmacy Internal Medicine service, drug
information, journal club and pharmacy administration.
