Instructors

The “My Instruct” page is accessible by Instructors and the CDE Administrator. Its primary purpose is to provide a quick reference to all things “instructor-related.”

Some of the features are:

  1. At-a-glance review of courses on your schedule
  2. Quickly check status (availability) of courses on your schedule
  3. One-click access to full course details shown below
  4. Upload your current resume for accreditation records
  5. Easily review previous years' schedules
  6. One-click update of your contact information

The Course Detail screen appears when instructors click course identifiers from their schedules (item #3 above). The course details shown to an instructor include the following additional features.

  1. At-a-glance registered list and waitlist
  2. Email all registered personnel at the touch of a button
  3. Easily add comments to the course details
  4. Edit the entire course detail with a single-click
  5. Upload course materials and "homework" for registrants
  6. One-click generation of “canned“ reports specific to this course
