Creating Section 508 Compliant Documents

Not only are there requirements placed on HTML elements of websites on IHS.gov to be Section 508 compliant but there are also requirements for documents. Documents include (but aren't limited to) Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
