Includes glossy, full-color magazines for adults and youth, a full-color book and audio CD set, and full-color, brightly-illustrated youth story books. These materials are designed to captivate youth through elders who are at risk for, or are managing diabetes.
IHS. Balancing Your Life and Diabetes Curriculum – Core diabetes curriculum, provides information and lessons plans about type 2 diabetes, diabetes self-management and general healthy lifestyle practices. Two supplements are also available Nutrition and Diabetes and Pregnancy and Diabetes.
