Managing Progressive CKD in People with Diabetes

This training reviews the definitions and guidelines for screening, diagnosing, and managing the progression of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and the related co-morbidities in people with diabetes. Data regarding current adherence to the guidelines, models for improving outcomes, and opportunities for education and intervention are described.
