The Special Diabetes Program for Indians (SDPI) provides funding for diabetes treatment and prevention activities and services in American Indian and Alaska Native communities. SDPI Community-Directed Programs implement diabetes-related activities and services based on local needs and priorities.
The Indian Health Service is currently accepting applications for the FY 2016 SDPI Community-Directed Grant Program.
