Division of Diabetes Treatment and Prevention - Leading the effort to treat and prevent diabetes in American Indians and Alaska Natives

A variety of courses are presented by experts in the field. Live Webinars provide up-to-date, in-depth understanding of diabetes education trends and topics.

The 90 minute courses can be attended in groups or individually. Multiple people can participate in these courses using the same computer and telephone. Each person is able to receive 1.5 CE credits.

Important: All registrations must be submitted on or before Friday, March 28, 2014 (no exceptions).

Registration opens 30 days before the date of the Webinar. Applications for Live Webinars must be received at least one week in advance of the course to allow time for processing and registration.

Please apply for only one Live Webinar at a time, using the form provided below. Upon completion of the course, submit another application form for the next Webinar you wish to attend, and so on.

Eligibility criteria: Nurses, dietitians, pharmacists and other licensed health care professionals must be a current IHS, Tribal, and Urban Indian health program employee.

Non-Attendance Penalty: Any participant who fails to attend a pre-paid course without cancelling their registration is not eligible to receive funding for future Partnership courses.

Application Process: Do not use the AADE site to register. Please use the following form. All registrations must be submitted on or before Friday, March 28, 2014 (no exceptions).
