MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: GS-13: I have 3 years of professional dentistry experience and/or training. This experience is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal service as described in the vacancy announcement. Examples include: experience in providing pediatric dental services to the youth, provide preventative services, clinical and radiographic examinations and emergency services; OR successfully completed a 3-year residency program in dentistry, oral health, craniofacial sciences, or a related medical science. Time In Grade Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements: Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP). You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement. |
