DE0009: Basic Dental Data System [DDS] Package on Registration and Patient Management System [RPMS]
This course will provide information on basic navigation of the Dental Data System and other parts of RPMS, as well as more complex searches in the system. On the first day of the course, basic navigation and dental visit data entry will be discussed, while the second day will focus on running productivity reports and searches through both the DDS and QMAN systems.
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
1. Perform basic navigation in the RPMS system.
2. View patient specific demographic, health and dental records listed in DDS.
3. Enter, edit and delete dental visit data.
4. Perform basic searches in DDS package.
5. Run dental productivity reports by provider, location, code and levels of service.
6. Run basic QMAN searches.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
