DE0464: DePAC Women's Initiative Subcommittee Webinar: Be Empowered to Confront [LIVE WEBINAR]
As leaders, we have had multiple trainings on communication over the years. And yet many of us have not mastered effective communication skills in our everyday interactions. In this webinar, the common misgivings about confrontation and a practical method to positively confront others will be discussed.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Respect the change process when confronting
2. Initiate confrontation as a female in the workplace
3. Learn to empathetically listen
4. Integrate the course skills into confrontations and recognitions

This webinar is open to all USPHS dentist and dental hygienist officers, and dentists from agencies served by the USPHS.

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
