The speaker has no conflicts of interest to report. John Zimmer DDS graduated from Marquette University COD in 1984. For one year he volunteered at the Guadalupe Clinic in Milwaukee, WI. Beginning in 1985 he worked for IHS in Macy NE, Belcourt ND, and Kyle SD. In 1997 he completed the two-year pediatric dental residency in Omaha NE. As a pediatric dentist, he worked in Pine Ridge SD and Sisseton SD. In addition to the list of previous duty stations he provided TDY services in Sisseton, Eagle Butte, Rosebud, and Pine Ridge. Dr. Zimmer has a strong interest in developmental defects of enamel [DDE} as a risk factor in S-ECC. He is a co-author in one publication correlating DDE, deft, and the need for a general anesthetic to provide comprehensive dental care in children less than seventy-two months old.

Tuition Policy:

Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course. If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
