Description: NICWA’s Medicaid Toolkit: A Tool for Building and Expanding upon Tribal Children’s Mental Health Delivery Systems August 20-21, 2013 Portland, Oregon Tribal children’s mental health program sustainability is dependent upon funding, among other factors. Topics covered by this training include a review of state and federal criteria, identification of viable payer sources, a strategic business planning process, infrastructure and operational billing and collection practices, and the role of culture.
