Alaska Dental Preventive and Clinical Support Center

The Alaska Dental Preventive and Clinical Support Center is located at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium. The goal of the to support center is to be a resource for the 16 Alaska Tribal Health Organization dental programs. This is accomplished by educating dental health aides, sharing resources, providing networking opportunities and offering continuing education courses.

Support Center Program Goals

  • Provide support, guidance, training, and enhancement of Tribal dental programs within the Alaska area.
  • Ensure that the services of the Alaska support center and the Tribal dental programs result in measurable improvements in the oral health status of the AN/AI patients served in Alaska.
