Transmittal Notice 17-19

BACKGROUND

The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to transmit a copy of the revised Part 3, Chapter 21, "Diagnostic Imaging," Indian Health Manual (IHM).  The purpose of this revised Chapter is to update the policy, responsibilities, and guidance for Diagnostic Imaging.

Part 3, Chapter 21, "Diagnostic Imaging," IHM

MATERIAL SUPERSEDED

Part 3, Chapter 21, "Medical Imaging Program," IHM, dated June 30, 1994

MANUAL MAINTENANCE

Remove the current copy of IHM 3-21, "Medical Imaging Program," dated June 30, 1994 and discard.  Insert the attached copy of IHM 3-21, "Medical Imaging Program," to include the chapter index, in its place.  Log and file this TN in sequential order.
