The Office of Clinical Performance and Health Impact (OCPHI) develops, implements, evaluates, and monitors comprehensive data-driven systems to assess agency-wide clinical care delivery and Primary Health Care (PHC) performance. OCPHI's multidisciplinary approach strengthens the Indian Health Service’s (IHS's) ability to make informed decisions at both the community and agency level to ensure the highest level of accessible, quality care delivery to American Indian and Alaska Natives (AI/ANs).
