Search, Sort and Download tips  click on icon to open help Search Code (autotextsuggest field), Clinic (empty field), Wl Flg (drop down list), Prm Care Flg (drop down list) and Definition (empty field) columns only or any combination of these columns.

Autotextsuggest pulls values from the field in the database that begin with the string (not case sensitive) entered by the user and displays them as drop down list options. These values populate as the user types. Drop down list searches for results that are an exact match with the value selected by the user. From drop down list, select value 'Empty' to select results where the field is not populated. Empty field searches for results that begin with, include or end with the string (not case sensitive) entered by the user.

To Sort the columns in a table click the column header(s) that is bolded and underlined. Columns will sort ascending (any unpopulated will display at the top) or descending.

To Download an entire table, under 'Download This Table', select the Download All, to download the filtered table, under 'Download This Table', select the Download Current View. click on icon to close help

Services include assessment, individual/couples/family/group therapy, medical management, clinical case consultation, and case management. Conventional telephone consultation alone does not constitute telebehavioral health. 
E4  PEDIATRIC ASTHMA  The Pediatric Asthma clinic offers asthma-diagnosed patients and their families services to improve treatment compliance through testing (pulmonary function test), education for asthma and medications, asthma action plans, and coordination of care. 
E7  DME - DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT  The Durable Medical Equipment (DME) clinic serves patients in need of any therapeutic DME, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) for treatment of certain medical conditions and/or illness. 
E5  OSTEPATHIC MANIPULATION THERAPY  Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) clinic is hands-on care by a physician that provides services to relieve pain, promote healing and increase mobility. OMT may be used for low back pain, migraines, shoulder problems, neck pain, knee problems, carpal tunnel syndrome, menstrual pain, etc. 
E9  VIRTUAL VISIT  Healthcare services via a two-way interactive audio and/or video technology. 
D3  HOMELESS  Healthcare services provided to patients in (a) a homeless shelter (public or private facility that provides temporary living accommodations), (b) transitional housing, (c) on the streets, or (d) temporarily living with friends or relatives. 
44  DAY SURGERY  Feb 18, 2005 Approved by Medical Records. Also known as Ambulatory Surgery, Short-Stay Surgery, One-Day Surgery. A day surgery clinic for the performance of surgical procedures on patients who are classified as outpatients and typically are released from the surgery unit on the day of surgery. An organized clinic that performs minimally invasive procedures on patients through an outpatient setting.
