May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and the Division of Behavioral Health invites you to support visibility for Suicide Prevention efforts and stand together with other IHS employees by showcasing these special backgrounds for Teams and Zoom meetings.

Connected and Strong Wellness Virtual Sessions

Connected and Strong flyer

You are enough. Connection to each other is freely available and uniquely situated to mitigate risk to suicide. Division of Behavioral Health is launching a virtual wellness space, Connected and Strong, on May 21 from 3-4 ET. All IHS employees are invited to attend for resources sharing, connection, community building and an opportunity to share and support each other in a safe space. Additional sessions are scheduled for June 18 and July 16.
