    • Colorectal Cancer Screening: GPRA measures has been changed to include FIT-DNA in the past 3 years and CT colonography in the past 5 years.
    • Alcohol Screening: Added CPT code G2011 to alcohol screening definition.
    • Controlling High Blood Pressure - Million Hearts: Added ICD-10 Procedure codes 5A1D70Z, 5A1D80Z, 5A1D90Z to ESRD definition.
