NOTICE TO RESCIND INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE CIRCULAR NO. 2012-02, "LABOR
MANAGEMENT RELATIONS COUNCIL - CHARTER"

This notice rescinds Indian Health Service (IHS) Circular No. 2012-02, "Labor Management Relations Council - Charter."  The IHS Circular No. 2012-02 is being removed in compliance with Executive Order 13812 of September 29, 2017, "Revocation of Executive Order Creating Labor-Management Forums."

Please discard your binder copies and any file copies of IHS Circular No. 2012-02 at your earliest convenience.
