This notice rescinds Indian Health Service (IHS) Delegation of Authority (DOA), Administrative #42, "Coordinating Purchase Requests for High Speed Photocopiers." This DOA is 20 years old and very out dated. The policies and procedures for "Coordinating Purchase Requests for High Speed Photocopiers" has changed and no longer require prior approval from Headquarters, therefore, making this DOA obsolete.

Please discard your binder copies and any file copies of DOA Administrative #42, "Coordinating Purchase Requests for High Speed Photocopiers," at your earliest convenience.
