NOTICE TO RESCIND INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE, INDIAN HEALTH MANUAL, CIRCULAR 95-03, “ORGAN TRANSPLANTATION MANAGEMENT”

This notice rescinds Indian Health Service (IHS) Indian Health Manual (IHM), Circular 95-03, “Organ Transplantation Management.” The IHM Part 2, Chapter 3, “Purchased/Referred Care” dated February 28, 2019 has superseded the information contained in the IHM Circular, 95-03, “Organ Transplantation Management.”

Please discard your binder copies and any file copies of IHM, Circular 95-03, “Organ Transplantation Management,” at your earliest convenience.
