This notice rescinds Indian Health Service, Indian Health Manual (IHM), Part 1, Chapter 3, “Indian Health Program,” information from the IHM. The information contained in this part and chapter is historical information and not policy related. It has been determined that the IHM is not the proper place for housing this information.

Please discard your binder copies and any file copies of IHM, Part 1, Chapter 3, “Indian Health Program,” at your earliest convenience.
