Notice to Rescind Circular 89-06 reorganization Order – Delegation of Authority

This notice rescinds Indian Health Service (IHS) Indian Health Manual (IHM), Circular 89-06, “Reorganization Order–Delegation of Authority.” This IHM directive is outdated and includes references to units and organizations that no longer exist. In addition, the Delegated Authorities mentioned in this circular have been revised and issued as subject-specific authorities.

Please discard your copies and any file copies of IHM, Circular 89-06, “Reorganization Order Delegation of Authority,” at your earliest convenience.
