Notice to Rescind IHS, IHM, Part 7, Chapter 6 "Telework Agreement Program"

This notice rescinds Indian Health Service (IHS) Indian Health Manual (IHM), Part 7, Chapter 6, “Telework Arrangement Program,” dated January 7, 2016. This policy is to be replaced by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Instruction 990-1, Workplace Flexibilities. This HHS instruction will serve as the current policy for all IHS Federal employees, except for United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps Officers who are covered under Commissioned Corps Instruction 313.01.

Please discard all copies of IHM, Part 7, Chapter 6, “Telework Arrangement Program,” at your earliest convenience. Replace with the HHS Instruction 990-1, Workplace Flexibilities, and Commissioned Corps Instruction 313.01.
