Notice to Rescind SGM 94-06 and 94-07

This notice rescinds Indian Health Service, Indian Health Manual (IHM), Special General Memorandum (SGM) 94-06, “Indian Health Service Policy – Procedures for Sending Fetal Monitoring Strips to the Federal Records Centers,” and SGM 94-07 “Purchasing Filing Equipment – Optical Disk Systems.” Both IHM, SGMs are outdated and these records management practices are no longer permitted.

Please discard your copies and any file copies of IHM, SGM 94-06, “Indian Health Service Policy – Procedures for Sending Fetal Monitoring Strips to the Federal Records Centers,” and SGM 94-07 “Purchasing Filing Equipment – Optical Disk Systems,” at your earliest convenience.
