This notice rescinds Indian Health Service (IHS), Indian Health Manual (IHM), Circular
No. 2003-01, “Headquarters Emergency, Security, and Safety Guidance,” dated
February 26, 2003.  This Headquarters policy has been replaced by physical security, emergency management, and safety services provided by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Program Support Center at 5600 Fishers Lane, Rockville, Maryland.

Please discard your copies and any file copies of IHM, Circular No. 2003-01, “Headquarters Emergency, Security, and Safety Guidance,” at your earliest convenience.
