During an Indian Health Service (IHS) policy review, the Office of Environmental Health and Engineering identified the following policies that need to be rescinded for the individual reasons listed.

This notice rescinds IHS Indian Health Manual (IHM), Delegation of Authority, Personnel #59, “Delegation of Authority to Accept a Donation of Land for an Indian Health Clinic and Staff Quarters Located on St. Paul Island, Alaska,” dated May 23, 2003.
