Administrative Delegation #37

AUTHORITY DELEGATED

Pursuant to the authority delegated to the Director, Indian Health Service (IHS), by the Assistant Secretary for Health (Management and Budget), dated June 29, 1995, I hereby delegate to the Officials listed below, the authority to grant easements, revocable licenses, rights-of-entry for construction, and use permits for Federal real property within the jurisdiction of the IHS.

AUTHORITY TO REDELEGATE

These authorities may not be redelegated.

RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The authorities granted herein shall be exercised in accordance with requirements outlined in the Department of Health and Human Services, Facilities Program Manual, Volume 11, Section 4.5, and all other applicable statues and regulations.

SUPERSESSION

This delegation supersedes the previous Delegation of Authority, Administrative #37, ?Concerning Easements, Revocable Licenses, Rights of Entry, and Use Permits? located in the Indian Health Manual, Administrative Delegation #37, dated December 14, 1995.

EFFECTIVE DATE

This delegation is effective on the date of signature.
