Pursuant to the authority delegated to the Principal Deputy Director, Indian Health Service (IHS), by the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services on March 2, 2016, I hereby delegate to the officer listed below the authority to approve and sign settlement agreements and other claims and litigation documents, including decision letters responding to Contract Disputes Act claims presented by compactors under Title V of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act.
