The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to rescind Delegation of Authority (DOA), Administrative #32, "Volunteer Services."
This DOA was rewritten and approved May 11, 2004 as Delegation of Authority, Personnel #57, "Delegation of Authority to Establish and Accept Volunteer Services."
