2026 National Combined Councils Annual Virtual Meeting

Description

The IHS Office of Clinical and Preventive Services hosted the 2026 National Combined Councils Annual Virtual Meeting from September 9-10, 2026. The theme was "Weaving Innovation into Healthcare Services and Outcomes."

Members of the NCCs and IHS, tribal, and urban personnel are encouraged to  participate and engage in cross-council discussions about current issues in Indian health. Attendees will discuss innovative strategies to improve patient outcomes and address health disparities, design quality, and safety initiatives through collaborative recommendations with senior leadership, and support adequately trained, competent health care teams to ensure the safest, highest-quality care.
