ATHC Pre-Negotiations

Description

These negotiations are a significant part of the government-to-government relationship between Alaska Tribes and Tribal Health Organizations (T/THO) and the United States of America, through the US Department of Health and Human Services and Indian Health Service.  On March 21-22, Alaska Area IHS, IHS Headquarters will be participating with Alaska T/THO co-signers negotiating and updating the Alaska Tribal Health Compact and funding agreements including common and individual contract language for programs, services, functions and activities.
