IHS In-Person Tribal Consultation Session #2: IHS Strategic Realignment (Phoenix, AZ)   

Description

On June 13, 2025, the IHS initiated Tribal Consultation on the proposed realignment of the IHS requesting recommendations and seeking guidance on possible strategic changes, with particular focus on three areas:

1. Delivery of Direct Patient Care;
2. Enterprise/Operational Management; and
3. Supporting Tribal Self-Determination. 

The IHS would also like to discuss current Tribal Advisory Committees.
