Third Party Billing Training / Workshop

Description

An up-to-date review of the Third Party Resource program as a whole is imperative to the Great Plains Area. Considering the cessation of the area-wide contract for third party billing, and in-coming of new staff there is a need for revision of guidance in bringing this duty back on-site into the service unit, with the opportunity as a process refresher for existing staff. Training course will consist of; process changes, policy enhancements, and industry provisions. To strengthen and support the collections, specific billing and accounts management processes within the Third Party Resource program will be provided as an overview. Visit data, patient demographics, eligibility data are highlighted components that will be covered to bring understanding knowledge of the impact that these segments influence on the Third Party Resource program. Established unique concerns, issues, problems and successes will be exhibited for all the program’s avenues.
