| Duties: | Responsibilities: Provide assistance with development of educational materials for clients and health care staff. Provide nutrition consultation, as needed, in tribal health programs, diabetes program, elderly nutrition program, head-start programs, day care centers, tribal schools, food programs and WIC programs as they relate to diabetes prevention and management |
| Qualifications: | : Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics required. Must be a Registered Dietitian licensed in the State of Minnesota is required. Training and certification in safe food handling or the ability to acquire within 1 year preferred. Experience in diabetes care and delivering diabetes education preferred. |
