| Duties: | Responsibilities Include: • Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting • Being a part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments • Empowering and advising a talented team of FNP's, Nurses, MA's, LVN's and other support staff with medical services, protocols, standard procedures, and management of patient care related activities • Enjoying a work-life balance with no on-call/evening/weekends and a scheduling structure that supports patient engagement while also allowing time during the day for charting Benefit Highlights: • Low patient to provider ratio • Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents • 27 days PTO per year • 11 Paid Holidays • CME Allowance/Time off • Retirement Plan |
| Qualifications: | Qualifications: • Licensed California Physician; Board Certified in Family Practice preferred (Pediatric/ Internal Medicine specialty will be considered, if applicant possesses a broad Experiential background) • BLS certification required Indian Preference.
